Family Discipleship

God has called both the church and home to raise up the next generations to know, honor, and treasure God through Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through a strategic, loving partnership between the church and home.

Our desire is to recognize God's good design of the parents being the primary disciple makers of their children by coming alongside our families to help train, equip and aid them in their efforts. We also recognize our responsibility as a church towards the next generations, so we will offer ministries that compliment and aid families in the overall goal of raising the next generations to know, honor, and treasure God through Jesus Christ. The following information outlines our specific strategy in working together in loving partnership with the families of Cornerstone Church.

Sunday Mornings & Ministries

Birth through Pre-K

Small group discipleship classes are offered during our main worship gathering for children in this age group. Check-in for these ministries begin at 10:15 and they are located in our Cornerstone Kids building behind the main sanctuary. Simply look for and follow the signs on the building and we would love to spend time with your little ones until the worship gathering is over! As always, we invite you to bring your children into the worship gathering with you as early as you are comfortable with.

Kindergarten through High School

We prefer that all children in the grades of kindergarten and above join us in the worship gathering alongside their family. While we do not offer any ministries during the worship gathering for this age group, we do offer discipleship classes prior to our services in order to build community and discipleship. If having your children as young as Kindergarten join you in the worship gathering makes you nervous, do not worry! You will find a grace-filled church that loves little ones, which means any possible distractions are seen as small compared to the joy of having them with us.

Community Groups

We welcome children and students of all ages to join with their families in mid-week community groups.
